Payment:
Payments must always be made in advance by Ideal or by bank after receipt of the payment order, the goods are shipped. Cash on delivery shipments are possible for this with a surcharge of € 15, -

Returns:
Returns are only accepted after registration and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging within 7 working days after the invoice date.
In case of incorrect deliveries, the full invoice amount will be credited, if undamaged and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% fee for repair or repackaging of the returned goods.

Guarantee:
