Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 7 - 10 working days after receipt of your payment (unless stated otherwise with the product you ordered, custom-made products such as tunnel covers and floor mats and truck tables generally have a delivery time of 10 - 15 working days) and shipped via DHL / Post NL or DPD with tracking and delivery without signature.
Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipment you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted after registration and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging within 7 working days after the invoice date.In case of incorrect deliveries, the full invoice amount will be credited, if undamaged and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% fee for repair or repackaging of the returned goods.
Goods that are specially made to measure or provided with the label this product is specially made for you cannot be returned, these include converted coffee machines - Tunnel covers and floor mats with logos.

Purchases of tunnel covers and floor mats / truck tables and curtains are custom made to order especially for you. Thanks to short lines of communication with our suppliers, we can still deliver these customized products to you quickly. With every product on our website you will see an indication of the delivery time. All orders are delivered free of charge throughout the Netherlands.
